Rainbow Community Care Welcomes Linette Clifford to Business Development Team

WATERTOWN, Wis. — Rainbow Community Care is pleased to announce the addition of Linette Clifford to its Business Development team.

Clifford brings extensive experience in healthcare relationship management, community outreach, and business development. Most recently, she served as Clinic Manager with Watertown Regional Medical Center, where she oversaw operations across three primary care clinics and collaborated with providers, staff, and patients to support high-quality care delivery. Prior to that, she held business development and account leadership positions with Interim HealthCare and Commonheart Home Health & Hospice, building strong partnerships with hospitals, assisted living communities, nursing homes, physician practices, and other healthcare providers.

A Watertown native with deep roots throughout Dodge and Jefferson counties, Clifford brings a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and the communities served by Rainbow Community Care. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening relationships with referral partners, providing education about hospice and palliative care services, and helping ensure individuals and families receive the right care at the right time.
