The Faces of Compassion: Honoring Our Social Work Team
March is National Social Work Month, and we are taking this week to honor the incredible team of social workers at Rainbow Community Care. This year’s theme is “Social Workers: Uplift. Defend. Transform.” It honors the mission to enhance human well-being, meet the basic human needs of all people, and put special attention on the needs and empowerment of people are vulnerable or oppressed.
We are incredibly fortunate to have such a dedicated, caring, and highly skilled group of professionals. They truly have a heart for providing hospice, palliative, and guided care, ensuring that your loved ones receive the emotional and practical support they need during life’s most challenging moments. Did you know? According to the latest projections, the overall employment of social workers is expected to grow 7% through 2033, continuing to outpace the average for all occupations. This growth highlights just how essential these professionals are to the health and well-being of our society.
We are deeply thankful for our social workers’ tireless service to our patients, their families, and our entire community every single day. Please join us in celebrating our Rainbow social work team.
