Grief is rarely a straight line. It’s a messy, layered journey of highs and lows that moves at its own pace. At Rainbow Community Care, we believe that while you can’t "fix" grief, you don't have to carry the weight of it alone.

 

Join our Bereavement team for our Broken Pots workshop. This hands-on experience uses the physical act of breaking and rebuilding to honor our personal stories of loss. It’s a way to externalize what you're feeling and find a path toward understanding the pieces of your journey.
